Computer courses for beginners and seniors

Meganga’s free computer courses for beginners and seniors continues with a computer lesson taking a look at email file attachments, an essential part of basic computer training.

The online tutorial starts by attaching a file to an email using the Gmail account it then shows an email that has been received with files attached, the free computer lesson checks through the email before opening it and explaining about file size restrictions when sending or receiving emails and points out the difference in file sizes for  photographs and documents.

The computer lesson aimed as part of our free computer courses for beginners and seniors explains about the dangers from opening email file attachments that are from unknown senders or suspicious, the lesson goes on to explain about computer viruses with the help of the Microsoft Safety and Security Centre and gives advice and computer training for beginners and seniors about guarding against security threats to computers. Our basic computer training for beginners and seniors continues with an online computer tutorial, using my email. The tutorial takes a look at a basic Gmail account and talks through the email folders including my email inbox, sent mail and how to organise your email received mail.

The beginners computer training then shows how to compose email or create e-mail showing where to add email recipients and those mail recipients intended for information. The seniors online tutorial talks about adding file attachments to your emails and the limitations to consider.

What is e-mail? We continue our basic computer training course for seniors and beginners with an online tutorial answering the question, what is e-mail? The short computer lesson starts by explaining about email before going on to show how an email address is obtained using an internet service provider and a webmail provider. The tutorial is an easy to follow computer lesson for seniors or beginners and is the first of our basic email lessons.
