We continue our computer course showing how to use Excel with a computer lesson demonstrating editing cells in Excel. The lesson talks about how you can set permissions and passwords to protect your work in Excel without going in to too much detail at this time, before showing three ways of editing Excel cells, firstly double clicking the selected cell, secondly using the Excel formula bar and then explaining how key F2 can be used. How to use Excel – Reviewing and sharing excel workbooks
The course on how to use excel continues with a video computer lesson on reviewing and sharing excel workbooks. This video tutorial made by gcflearnfree.org demonstrates a company excel worksheet that is being shared and collaborated on by colleagues. The lesson shows that by using the review tab colleagues can make changes to excel cells that everyone can see using the track changes commands and also leave comments that others can see and read. These changes can be reviewed on the excel workbook at the end of the project and can then be accepted or rejected before being finalized, an extremely useful feature in Excel 2010.
