Meganga.com offers senior citizens, pensioners, baby boomers, and computer novices of all ages the following range of online computer courses. These computer lessons will continue to grow as we are adding new software courses all the time. If you don't see the computer class that is right for you then please let us know and we will see if we can add it in our next update.

"You are never to old to learn" We have many years experience in teaching computers and software to varied age ranges - from kids to octogenarians.
Never used a computer before?

If you are completely new to computers and are a little slow using your mouse (most of us are at first) I strongly recommend you take a look at the 'Using a mouse' lesson. Once you are comfortable clicking with left and right mouse buttons and 'dragging and dropping' you can then move onto the next course. Don't worry about the terminology yet, that will come in time. Once you feel comfortable using the mouse I recommend taking the 'Navigating around your computer' course. This will familiarise you with what you can see on your screen and make you feel more confident doing the day to day things many more experienced users take for granted.

All our lessons are designed to build your confidence so that you will get more out of your computer. They are designed to be as short as possible whilst re-inforcing your learning and boosting your confidence to do things you didn't think possible.
What you will be able to do

In a surprisingly short period of time you will be doing things with your computer you never thought possible. Some of the things you could do are:

• Communicate with your friends and family any where in the world using facebook;
• See and hear your friends and family any where in the world using web cams;
• Compose emails;
• Browse and shop on the internet - bag that bargain;
• Write professional looking letters and print or email them;
• Set up speadsheets to track your financial budgets;
• Create posters, flyers, brochures, cards and more;
• Touch up and improve your photographs;
• Design and build a simple website;
• And much much more...
