In this basic IT training for seniors we explain a basic drill for troubleshooting if your screen freezes and the programme you are using stops working. The tutorial demonstrates how using your computer keyboard and by pressing the keys “Alt” “Ctrl” and “Delete” (Sometimes shown as “Del”) together you can access your task manager which should enable you to close the programme for simple problems.
